Kembali Cergas....

Alhamdulillah...

Terima kasih JFit Jengka....kami kini kembali cergas...:)

Veto? Leader? Chief?

Some people love to handle a big crowd or a small group and they love the fact that they are being a leader. On the other hand, some people like to work for their leader and some don't like to be lead by other people.

Some cases... they are chosen or forced to lead a group of people to achieve a company's target for certain industries. I've been chosen (or even better : being forced to) to be a leader for a group of lecturers in my workplace.

Just to get the glimpse, my work is not really tedious like any other leaders in the world - but I have my ups and downs working together with my team although some people don't really like to see our bond is getting stronger day by day.

Age doesn't matter, DOES IT?

Being a teacher or an educator is quite challenging for many of us. But there are some teachers who love their job as a part of the daily life - including me!

When we grow older, we tend to take things for granted. We tend to think that our students (the young generations who have more new technologies) to be smarter that us. That's why some of us just think that by letting the students go (to pave their own road without any directions or guide from us) is the best thing to do.

In teaching you cannot see the fruit of a day's work.  It is invisible and remains so, maybe for twenty years.  ~Jacques Barzun
