Benefits of almonds, dates, and raisins....

Absent minded... such a trouble maker! I don't know when it started to happen or when did it happen... but for sure it is messing my life.

Some people say that drinking any water which has an ant  in it will cause you to be absent minded. I do take this advice seriously, but it still happens to me. And some old folks say that if you gave birth to a baby, you would lose one or two nerves in your brain. I don't know whether it is true or not but still I hate to be absent minded. Couldn't even remember the smallest thing that I have to do or where did I put something...

Sometimes it bothers me a lot for I couldn't remember important documents or important files that I have to submit to my Boss... or I couldn't remember where I put my handphone after using it. And the worst part of all, I couldn't recall my friends' names after being lost in touch for a long period of time. It is such a headache when I tried so hard just to remember their names because I can remember their faces well but not their names....

For now, I couldn't even remember my parents' birthdays... and I have to memorize my husband's phone number after being scolded by him for not remembering it in case something happens to me (or to my handphone.)

So, I asked around to help me to solve this matter. Some of them told me to repeat the names as I'm speaking to my friends (old or new friends). And some of them told me to eat nuts especially almonds. Dates and raisins can also help me in overcoming this problem.

I have tried all of their advice and it seemed to work - a little. I used to eat raisins when I was in secondary school - to help me memorize my notes for the exam papers. As I grew older, I have a lot of things to do and I skip eating it every morning. So, I guess, raisins do have something to do with my brain....

For students out there, try eating raisins, dates or almonds every morning before classes to get a healthy mind before you are getting older like me.....:)   They have helped me during my important years before I become who I am now. Hopefully they will help you later on...InsyaAllah....

Procrastination is a great foe.

Having trouble with your life lately? Have you been procrastinating something important today? Well, it is not really a good habit if you like to procrastinate your work. It might end up with having a headache at the end of the day.

If you are a student, you should try to manage your schedule in terms of prioritizing which one comes first in your hectic life. Your assignments should be done in time. Try to focus one by one instead of collecting them all and wait for a 'suitable' day to finish them all.

The best way to finish your work is to start working on particular thing right after you received it. Don't wait until you have only few hours to send it. It might affect your marks afterward. You might don't like your marks either.
So, try to finish your work / task / assignment (whichever sounds good) before the due date.

If you are a worker, bad habits will lead to creating bad environment in work place. Your boss would like to grab this opportunity to just sack you from his office. The best way is to try to be a good worker - doesn't mean that you have to suck up to him, just finish your work on time and you'll be the happiest person ever...

I learn from my mistakes over these years. I don't like to procrastinate my work although some of my colleagues said that I'm trying to suck up to the principal. Well... human is still human - they just don't have better things to do instead of gossiping and making up stories.

Bottom line... don't wait till the end of the day to finish something that you do....

City Hunter

I took my chances in these three months to watch as many Korean Movies and Dramas as I can. So, my first choice is City Hunter. Actor Lee Min Ho has always been a typical Korean baby face... but in this drama, he has another side of him.

Watching him in this drama - fighting and doing some stunts make me excited for I thought he can't never do that in any dramas. In this drama, he has two sides of him - a really innocent guy with a handsome face and another one is a heartless killer machine who can slaughter anyone easily. He's going to avenge his father's death with his own way although his foster dad has ordered him to kill all five people who have brutally murdered 20 soldiers including his own father.

So... if you are a hardcore fan...this drama might be a suitable one because Lee Min Ho is in it!

Bukaan 5cm tetapi sakitnya teramat sangat kerana dia ingin segera dikeluarkan... jam 10.30, bukaan hampir penuh. Epidural dihentikan. Kesakitan yang berpanjangan...

Alhamdulillah, tepat 10.59, seorang puteri selamat dilahirkan.

Permata kami : Alzam Muqri, Absarina Uzma & Ardini Surfina.
