I'm not going to blabber about Monday Blues...instead, I want to talk about Ramadhan Month that has just left us few weeks ago and somethings about Syawal Month that has just arrived.. I thought of getting my body to my original shape after fasting for a month, but it appears that I couldn't get into my original size. I feel so depressed. Looking at the mirror and feeling frustrated a bit make me feel tired of myself. I've tried so hard to control my diet and it didn't work so well.
Although I can still wear my clothes but my body doesn't feel comfortable anymore. I thought I was expecting the third child, but it was totally a devastating outcome. I feel like crying....
Going to many houses during this festive season doesn't help in my diet. I have to control my diet, but the food is calling me to taste different type of food. How can I resist such indulgence? Arghhhh.....It's killing me...hahahah....
These are some Malays' favourite delicacies during Hari Raya Puasa.....
This is how to prepare Lemang.....
Lemang...a traditional food made from glutinous rice, coconut milk, salt and wrapped in banana leaves.
Rendang Daging, made from tender beef, coconut milk, traditional spices and herbs.......to be eaten with Ketupat or Lemang...simply tasty....
Ketupat...made from rice, to be boiled in coconut leaves for few hours. Delicious....
Different types of 'Kuih Raya'...made from different types of ingredients...tasty, sweet, savory...hmmm
Life is interesting don't you think?
