Delicious treat...

Baked Bread Pudding (Puding roti bakar)

All you need are:

5 eggs.

1 can of evaporated milk (susu sejat)

Sugar as sweet as you like

A pinch of salt

A teaspoon of vanilla extract

***Mix together until the sugar melt in the mixture

***Spread 6 – 7 pieces of white bread in a round or square cake pan. Pour the mixture onto the bread.

***Make sure the mixture covers the bread up.

***Bake in the preheated oven for 35 – 40 minutes until the surface is crisp. Serve hot or cold.

***Would be delicious if it is eaten with chocolate syrup.
